The place was fairly clean and in the centre of the city. During the stay everything was great and I got wake up service as a compliment. My room was brand-new with a levelled bed.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the comfortable and clean room, complete with great beds. the self check-in process was easy and hassle-free, adding to the convenience. To my surprise, even after checking out, the staff allowed me to store my luggage for the entire next day. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby.
Nothing negative to mention. 👍

Delicious Buffet Breakfast: Every morning, I eagerly awaited the buffet breakfast at this lovely homestay. The selection was as impressive as a university library, and the food was so scrumptious that I couldn't resist going back for seconds. The aroma alone could lure any foodie out of hibernation!
Limited Local Knowledge: The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, but it would have been helpful if they had a bit more local knowledge. When I asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants, they seemed stumped and couldn't provide any suggestions.

I had a very quiet and peaceful stay at this hostel. The room was very clean and modern, with a great view of the fountain and market square. The breakfast was delicious and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff member who checked me in and was there in the morning was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place was mind-blowingly clean and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The facilities were super comfortable with an elevator and a separate kitchen, and the location was jaw-droppingly fantastic. The room was spacious with new furniture, and the breakfast had an impressive variety. Free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and VIP check-in/out made it even better. Luggage storage was available, and the no-pets and no-smoking policy was a plus. Highly recommended for solo and couple travelers.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city center, on the main square. Guests rave about the beautiful view from the rooms, especially room 201, which overlooks the square. the rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice big shower in the bathroom. the staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive, going above and beyond to assist guests with any inquiries or concerns. the hotel offers a good value for money, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers.
The hotel lacks air conditioning in the rooms, which could be uncomfortable during hot weather.

The room at Polin House is just perfect for a relaxing getaway! I loved waking up to a beautiful view of the glazed interior corridor from my window. The private bathroom with a shower was fully equipped and made me feel like I was in a fancy spa. It was the perfect setup for someone like me who enjoys a cozy yet luxurious stay.
I personally found the one thing I liked less about the room at Polin House was the glazed interior corridor. It's just my subjective opinion, though, and others might still find it enjoyable.
